Sessions are completely tailored to the individual. The work we do in session will be targeted to fully support that manager maximising their strengths and further digging into their areas for development.

  • This is variable as it will be dependent on whether your company is looking for individual or group coaching or a blend, how many staff you are looking to be coached, and particular business and manager challenges.

  • Coaching will be carried out remotely through GoogleMeet. I can support your staff from wherever they are based adapting to the flexibility and their needs.

    However, if there is a need for in-person coaching then we can discuss this further.

  • Yes, I can absolutely support both your UK and international staff. I have worked with clients around the world, so location is not an issue.
